My wonderful Husband and best friend lost his long
courageous battle with cancer, my Jim died on January 12, 2011.
Jim was so very proud of our Homestead Dogues and took an active
role in positively
promoting this wonderful breed.
It has been a very difficult time for us, we all miss him so.
Sadly I have decided to discontinue our breeding program.
Jim and I did this together and I find it too hard to go on
without him. Our dogues mean the world to us, and because this
breed
is so special I will continue to have their best interest at heart,
as we both always have.
In the past we rarely made referrals
to other breeders for anyone interested in puppies,
however, in the past few years we have worked
closely with a wonderful couple in Connecticut who have
been in this breed for many years, in fact their male Max was the
very first
Dogue de Bordeaux to earn an AKC Championship title.
I encourage anyone looking for an honest and supportive breeder
to contact Lynn and Andre at Rogue Dogue Farm
RogueDogue Farm.
Lynn and Andre are wonderful, honest and ethical breeders
who dearly love their dogues. They are producing beautiful
show-winning
pups with loving and stable temperaments,
health testing all of their dogues prior to breeding.
I have so much faith in Lynn and Andre that they now have our
gorgeous Homestead Rome's frozen semen,
I know they will do what is right for this breed in using it
and I look forward to their future litters.
They will answer any questions asked of them with total honesty
because
what they do is purely for the love of this breed.
Here at Homestead Jim and I have been so proud of their
accomplishments,
and of all of Rome's kids and grandkids, we are so grateful to Lynn
and Andre.
Though I will no longer be breeding I will continue on in
total support of Rogue Dogue Farm.
They have become dear friends whose values
and love of this breed are as our own.
Also, if anyone has any questions about this breed
I will be, as always, more than happy to help.
I want to send a special thank you to all of our wonderful puppy
families
who have supported us through prayers and kind words of
encouragement
during this difficult time.
Jim and I have always been so grateful for the love
you've given our puppies and for your friendships.
And to Susan who designed our website, thank you for everything.
